[Resolved]  Airtel — Issue of duplicate sim

Dear sir/madam With reference to the above subject, I request the company to issue me a duplicate sim of my airtel up east prepaid number [protected] which I have lost two months back and even after continuously visiting and requesting to airtel relationship store for the sim I got vry unresponsible and shameful responses from the airtel representatives. They have made excuses like sim is not arrived yet, unavailability of the sim at the airtel ware house, etc. I am visiting airtel stores for my duplicate sim from one and a half month and now I got tired. The company must has to look and resolve the problems of its existing customers instead of running behind for the sake of making new customers.
