He worst network i never seen before is your. Voice not coming clear, if i call to any number its not possible to connect in 1st time. I had called to many times to the customer care to solve my problem but they always says, there is some technical issue i cant pen down your complain right now. Its not a issue of an individual area, its problem of all bihar.

Solve it issue as soon as possible. Or sell your company if you can'nt able to manage.

Updated by ankit5057 the last line i used for i.e sell your company i[censored] cant manage. that line was for airtel. its not mention for the customer complain.
