Dear sir, my name is suresh kg and i have started the postpaid sim service last month, my no is [protected].my address is 2/4 birju patel chawl, gavdeve, ghatkopar W. .last month i had started a 3g net pack of 251 and i paid it with a bill amount of 361.this month i recieved a bill of 788. i contacted my nearby gallery and they said that you have used your net with extra 252mb including 1gb. so may tell you that i have closed my internet connection 0n 8 th of july and i am clear that i have used only1014mb. so i request you please look into it. niether i have deactive the sim .
