Airtel — issue regarding bill plan | |||
Dear mr. Concern, With regards to airtel service i am here want to tell you that i am very disappointing the service provided by airtel. Even i want to say that airtel is not india's first open network. What is in this open network? They have cheated me like anything. They are the people who gave me the plan of rs. 349. Now when the bill has come they are charging me rs. 371..!! Is this called as an open network?? Now i tell you the plan they gave me and even they have uploaded the same in my airtel app. My plan rs. 349 + rs. 199 booster pack - rs. 200 bill value discount = rs. 348 actual bill value (Then why are you charging rs. 371..!!) Now, talking about customer care and customer service then even they people don't know about the plan. Last month when i discussed the same with their person then she told me there is mistake in bill so she told me to pay rs. 16 less than the actual bill amount. Now, this month again same problem came then their people told me there is no mistake in bill. They even describe the bill value but they have no answers about the the rs. 200 bill value discounts.
