Dear Mam/Sir,
I have been using airtel for the past 2 years and i am unable to send messages to any of my contacts.
Its causing a lot of inconvinience and I am unable to send my business texts to my colleagues.Initially I was bothered by this, but later as the time passed I encounterd with this problem
Please do look into this problem of the mobile no.08197165341.
Kindly do the needful and oblige.
