Airtel — issue with postpaid to prepaid conversion | |||||
Approached airtel customer care to convert my postpaid into prepaid. Initially, they asked me to come after 2-3 days, citing reason unavailability of the bill to clear dues. After pursuing, they said ok. But now they cant adjust security deposit towards the clearance. And after pursuing a little they said ok again to adjust but now they said: "we will charge the dues as mentioned in our system" which is not actual after monthly discounts and settlement will be done via cheque later" I mean come on, we are in the digital world and you are giving so many lame excuses just to trap customer in postpaid.
