Airtel — Issues my sim to someone else

Hi I'm a user of airtel sim
due to some reason my sim was turned off for few months and they issued my number to someone else,
i went to Airtel service store at maldahiya, varanasi
the employees specially the manager was so rude and mean talked to me in threatening manner mamager name (nisha singh) i got no help from any airtel store
I'm in desperate need of my contact number because my adhar, pan, bank details are linked with that number please help me out
even the new consumer of that number has turned off the sim since last 8 months still company is not giving me back that number.
