Airtel — itemised billing not received inspite of multiple reminders | |||||
Hi, we need 6 months itemized billing from may - october of my father's airtel prepaid number [protected]. I have visited airtel outlets multiple times in faridabad and also send multiple request from the registered number but still not getting any response from the company csr. The company is giving us runaround and is always sending emails to call 121 which is of no use. Please help us in getting the details at the earliest. We haven't heard or got any response from Airtel customer care team or consumer complaint team regarding our complaint. We are losing time without any results.
It seems we will have to file case in the consumer complaint court to get the itemised billing of our Pre paid number. Will appreciate if you could assist us with the status of our complaint.
