Airtel — itemised billing not received inspite of multiple reminders

Hi, we need 6 months itemized billing from may - october of my father's airtel prepaid number [protected]. I have visited airtel outlets multiple times in faridabad and also send multiple request from the registered number but still not getting any response from the company csr. The company is giving us runaround and is always sending emails to call 121 which is of no use. Please help us in getting the details at the earliest.
