I have replaced my airtel prepaid sim from one of the airtel shop on 11/06/2016 and the same is confirmed to get activated in four hours and really sorry to say that it has been more than four days and the same is not yet activated. We visited the shop and we got to know that u r representative amit lost our submitted docs and asked for new docs. We submitted and got it activated but may I know why did he do it with my documents.

tell me what resolution details u have shared..??? no calls received.. and no solution and can't u think this is the question on yr efficiency that u could not able to detect the fault in one month approx.
