[Resolved] Airtel — I've been charged for a service which I have not used even and amount of 40K | |||||
I've been charged 41000 as a part of data usage over international roaming, all through while I was on WiFi very much and now Airtel is harassing by barring my number and asking for a letter to bring from consumer forum with a plea of getting charges refused. Airtel now acting and misbehaving in conversation, I have been given enough explanation and evidences per my knowledge but they want to only listen to their system. charges are 55MB data for 41000INR which is like unnecessary blaming a consumer and harassing. There is too much lack of communication and officials are hiding to reply anything over emails. I am fed up, please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
