[Resolved] Airtel — I've been charged without connection | |||||
I had two dth connections with airtel. My service account number is [protected]. Since they changed my package without my consent, i cancelled one of my connection and surrendered my device. However, i've been charged for four months though i do not have active connection and reduced from my wallet. I sent emails several times, however, they did not resolved and asking me to share the receipt of 4 months back, which i did not keep.
