Airtel — I've received a weird message regarding some international roaming rental charge

I've got a weird message regarding some international roaming charge and also specifying that an amount of rs.99 will be thus deducted from my account. I have no idea what this is all about because i have not accessed any such service. Kindly look into this matter and provide me with the details as soon as possible as i am a bit concerned about this. Thanks!!
