Hello:
Airtel has delayed customer complaint from me for no calls can be made outgoing by 7 days instead of 24 hours. They want to show it as faulty SIM Card (REF CLAUSE:: ZTE ZXC10 GMSC Mumbai Alcatel-Lucent - Shahnawaz Anwar) and not their own Switch problem. This is happening because of inefficient and lazy Telecom Call Center girls. Please take note of this case and lodge a case in Kolkata High Court asap.

Hello:
Please take urgent action as no calls can be made (Mobile or Landline) from Airtel Prepaid [protected] for nearly 15-20 days. Call gets terminated with a beep sound within 4-6 seconds. Today I lodged an IVR complaint in 121. No action is taken. Please resolve the problem.
Area where I live: Sherwood Estate [Narendrapur], West Bengal (South 24 Parganas)
