While I really enjoy watching the TV ads of Airtel 4g, what your team have seem to forget is to back the ads campaigns with reliable service. I had airtel 4G LTE (WIFI modem) connection for 3yrs, never got 4g speed.
I switched to airtel broadband about 4 months ago, I have experienced nothing but pathetic service both from technical and the service aspect. The frequent disconnection/slow internet are a part of my daily routine. The customer service that I receive when I contact your contact center is “Worst in Class”. There is absolute lack of empathy and no “Ownership”. I have been hung up multiple time by your customer service leaving me with no option but to consider cancelling my connection.
I would like to seek clarity on the below mentioned points:-
A) Why do I seem to have frequent disconnection issues? What is the causal factor?
B) Will you be able to provide satisfactory service without me having to call every now and then to report connection issue?
C) Why is your customer service team so insensitive? I have been hung up on, spoken rudely.. They have done everything but fix my issue.
Please provide me an honest response. I would respect you and your company greatly if you plainly tell me that the service to match my expectation cannot be provided. And if that the case, I would be happy to consider my options. What I don’t want to hear is “FALSE PROMISES”.
