Airtel — landline/broadband | |||
I got airtel landline/broadband connection during end of august 2017. The connection was given after delay of nearly 21 days despite accepting the request by your marketing representative. Neither landline was working nor internet was available for the entire month of september 2017 and got resolved only recently about a week back after escalating the issue continuously But i have received your bill for rs.1187 which i have not paid. I should not be charged for the months on account of non-availability of service during september 2017 Was this information helpful? | |||
