[Resolved] Airtel — Landline/broadband worst service - ref. no: 67189796 | |||
Hi sir/madam, I complain about landline issue on 28/04/2016. Complaint ref no. 67189796. Till now the problem is not resolved. Everytime when i was called to customer care, the executive saying that we are updating the status. Our technician will resolve the issue by today evening or by tomorrow morning. Till 4evenings and 3 mornings were gone but not technician came and problem not resolved. When i was ask him to transfer my call to manager, he saying that manager was busy in calls. May 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved 1hour after complaint technician called me and taken my appointment to fix the issue.
He came to my home and fix the issue quickly.
