Airtel — last 6 month extra billing problem | |||||
Dear sir my airtel landline [protected] generate extra amount bil i continue complaint but not solve my problem and i pay extra bil.. But i 3 rd may disconnected my service mail to airtel form my side airtel said offer piyush new plan 450+30 gb data and verver my bil amount i agree and sent mail that date to till date airtel 4-5 time disconnected your service and pressure me payment form airtel recovery agent and same time 4-5 time call me said your plan activate within 10-15 days and take time 10-15 days 4-5 times. Last 15 days before call me last time give 10-15 days i will activate my service but this time again reperat same disconnected and bil payment mail. Mrs pushpalatha mail me 99 topup my no. 4 feb and mail me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
