Airtel — late fee waiver | |||
Hello airtel, i am mobile postpaid user and i was charged rs 100 (April 2019) for delay in paying the fee. I was not intimated about the fee, the messages only said that please pay so that your services may uninterrupted or disconnected. This is completely not acceptable to charge an amount of rs 100 for a regular customer. I insist that you waive off this amount from my current bill. Your network is however slow and people are already tired of calls drops, no coverage and now with this kind of charges you are forcing your customers to choose am alternative.
