[Resolved] Airtel — Late posting rtgs paymet | |||||
Dear all We have 10 connection in our organization and every month 12 our bills will generate within 3 to 4 days we will transfer bill amount through rtgs after transferring the amount we are following and sending so many reminder with airtel team for posting amount to our 10 numbers but they are not ready and not showing interesting for posting and after due date they will send mail that send rtgs details again and near 9th or 10th they are posting and 12th bill will generate with late fee amount every month we are paying late fee. Past 4 months we are paying late fee and not providing late fee waver also. Airtel service is very poor and pathetic. My self pasha [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
