Airtel — leaving airtel | |||
Hello Airtel Team, Today I am regretting for trusting Airtel and kept recharged with 968 rupees for future recharges. I was trying to recharge for 448 plan even though my plan expiry date was 14/07/2018. But when I checked my balance, airtel deducted 187 rupees from my balance without any intimation and kept on sending messages after the deduction stating that I have consumed 10 MB data from my account.When i tried to recharge 448 plan there was no option for send message.I had come back from my offer page and thought to recharge after last date.that is on 14/07/2018.But you have deducted my money.As soon as I got to know I recharged 448 plan from New offers section. After that when I started using internet after the confirmation for recharge details, airtel again deducted money from my account for no reason. I am in loss of 212 rupees now. Have I have been fooled for keeping good amount in my balance. Return my deducted amount to my balance as soon as possible as it is Airtel issue and not mine. If that is not happening I will port to the network which never cheat their customers like this.Thank you so much for the response which I got for being your loyal customer from 2009 onwards. Regret to inform you that if the same thing continues loyal customers will not be with you for future days.We already got good networks around us.And there is no number allow us to reach Airtel customer care.
