Airtel — less usage showing big n made bill

I kanwarjit singh had broadband connection of airtel with number [protected]. I requested to deactivate my broadband
But still 2 months bill they want. According to usage i should not pay as i didn't use broadband but may be our neighbors
Kindly compromise my bill. I can pay 13 ℅ of their bill which they made (13 ℅ of 36-3700)
