[Resolved] Airtel — Lies | |||
My num [protected]. (1) 15 june i have call from airtel for porting to simacard company. I like his plan so i agree. (2) 20 june i have doing all porting formallity. The tellecaller who is calling from airtel company saying that they will provide me simacrd by currier/delivered by hand where i m present means my office/residence address. (3) 22 june. My previous simcard compony has disconnected my network as per my requested. So i have call back the airtel tellecaller to asking for my new airtel simcard but she didn't receive my call. (4) 23 june. Again i have doing call many times to airtel tellecaller for new simcard. But she say that sorry sir today i will not provide you new simacard becouse they dont have any staff means currier boy to delivery so pls adjust for one days. (5) 24 june. Again she give me same reasons. Last 3 days my num is disconected so i have facing many prblms. I also visit airtel gallery but they also helpfull. When search the airtel tellecaller office name is that appex airtel store is located in thane and the tellecaller name is mrs rihana num is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
