[Resolved] Airtel — Long Pending New DTH connection | |||
I had made an online payment for a new DTH connection with Airtel on 08 Dec2014 after being assured by the call center executive that the connection will be activated within 4 hrs. Even after a lapse of a week the connection has not been established and no one from the company ever bothered to give a status update. Whenever i call up their customer care requesting for cancellation of my application and a refund of my money, their only reply is to make me hold on for another day before which it will be "Resolved On Priority". However, nothing has been done yet. It is very frustrating and i dont see any solution to my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
