Please get the internet and broadband connection disconnected with immediate effect this has been told to your executive yesterday only.
I can't bear anymore and i will not pay bill if any charged for internet and broadband from 11-may-2020.
Also, it is good to note management don't respond to escalations and keep sleeping on customer emails and complaints
Also, they want to fill there pockets with money even if customer has to suffer and even when they failed to provide service from last approx 2 months
