Yesterday, all of a sudden my account balance came to 0.0 ( i am using shared internet and we have around 90mb of 3g data left / nearly 1.1 gb of 4g data) i thought data might got over and hence it has taken from main account. Then later on when we checked we were having 90 mb of data ( in chennai 4g wont connect in most of the places - only 3g and so that 4g data is waste -unable to carry over ) morning i called cc and they told they mistakenly taken the amount from my account and they will credit in 4 hrs as per the request( ???).
Then they asked me to dial 1925 - and ask to deactivate the mobile data from using the main balance when own/shared data is not available .( it wont deduct from main account ) and i asked whether i can use the 2g data which is unlimited. One guy (Senior guy ???) venkatesh told yes you can use that, and by deactivating, ur main balance wont get affected. After some time, i cant even able to connect to 2g. When checked we have 90mb of data ( night and morning we were using wifi at home ). Again i called cc and this time one lady came and she told that we cant share th 2g data and 90mb is reserved that cant be used and u can share 4g( but no 4g signal to share ) since i deactivated that mobile- data -from -main-balance thing, u cant able to connect to net. What a bull is this ? Directly they are cheating us and we are not able to do anything. Not sure what we can do now. Writing this with all frustrated and angry to the core.
Submitting a complaint in consumer complaint forum hoping some action will be taken on this. Previously one month is 30 days and now it is 28 and for some pack it is 25 days .
