I tried to move out all my airtel postpaid connections to another service provider hence I paid 400 Rs Extra with a clearing balance for the month on 6th Jul'22 and their customer care representative split up the connections from a family plan and I got Port Code from three numbers but I can't able to get Port code since there is one number isn't released from the family plan from past 20 days even after so many followups and fake commitments by Airtel. Till now I'm struggling because of the Airtel family plan issue.
Today (15th Jul'22) Once again I called the customer and shouted at them but their representative transferred the call to his superior, She said I want to pay 250 Rs once again for removing that connection. Are they looting us?
Better Airtek can take the tray and go for begging and looting instead of looting customers, I told her I'm not going to cancel/Port the connection and not going to pay the amount.. Will see when they'll ask for payments. Was this information helpful? |
