Airtel — loss of money

Sir, I have done online prepaid recharge for 330 rupees full talk time.After i completed online transaction airtel page says "sorry Transaction could not be completed.Regret for inconvenience".I have lost money in this manner 7 to 8 times.If they could not process they should say site maintainence problem at the first page only before doing transaction.But after i have lost money they are giving a sorry request and not even bothering about money lost. There is no response for my last complaint reference number PR[protected]. Please help me in this regard. Thanking you, Yours sincerely, M.Ashok
