Airtel — lost sim along with phone

This is to bring in your account that i anita r/o 18, staff quaters teachers hostel lane gadodia road anand parbat new delhi-110005, has no access to the prepaid number [protected] as my phone has been stolen and would like to raise a request for blocking the sim, also raise a request for issuing a duplicate sim with reference to the same number.
