I have been using airtel for over 2 years now, i have come to the brim and hereby making a formal complaint against airtel- poor connectivity almost everywhere. I used to think, the connectivity issue is because of the phone i use. I changed my phone to an i phone 6, problem still persists. I live in koramangala first block, bangalore- heart of the city and i dont have connection at all in the house. If i need to talk, i literally have to come to the balcony. I work in a company in bellandur ecospace. Absolutely no connectivity at my desk. My desk is on the 8th floor, still no use. I am suppose to get a 3g connection in my phone, im barely getting 'e'. Not even a single whatsap message leaves from my phone. Its so difficult having an airtel connection. At the end of the month, without fail, bill comes upto rs 900, for nothing i have used, because i am sure 3g never activates. This is day light robbery and need to be stopped. My patience hav run out. Next i will be writing an email to some of the chief editors of popular newspapers in bangalore. Was this information helpful? |
