Airtel — low speed of internet

I feel very regret to inform you that my aitel internet speed is damn too slow even i cant download my 10 mb video within seconds.
I am very disappointed with your services.
Please provide me high speed internet otherwise i would like to change my sim card into other company.
Look into this matter & do needful steps.
