[Resolved] Airtel Maharashtra — Wrong information | |||||
I have three airtel number which was connected as known as my plan and my i was using my primary no. This happend 2 months back where i had been exeding my plan a bit and they suggested me a plan and said your amount wont exed more than 2500rs no documents were submitted but my plan had been changed no issue came up then but the i got another call stating than we have unlimited net 3g 5gb then unlimited 2g for 1500rs then It was a genuine call and the plan seemed pretty reasonable but then i asked them how much will my bill generate overall cause i have 2 attached sim and there answer was no sir your bill wont exed more than the amount given . my sim card was ported the next week without my consideration where i had asked the i have to stay in maharashtra circle and i dont want to enter bombay circle still rather the info given i had my sim ported okay no issue but my card wasnt activated its about 1.5 months and still have'nt activated my sim my bill is now approx 8K and the next bill is gonna generate me in a middle class family cant pay so much and for something i havent done and was cause by a fraud of wrong information from the airtel company i ready to pay what was promised by me but i wont or cant pay 8k please help me stop this.
