[Resolved] Airtel — Main data balance getting used instead of dedicated balance | |||
I had recharged with 265 data pack. It gives 1gb 3g/4g +1gb 4g only data. Even if i have full 4g signal it won't use the dedicated 4g balance. Instead all the 3g data is gone. And i had opted for for no balance reduction if data pack is not there. Also the ussd shows irrelevant balance details. And even if my data is off it data mbs will be cut. And 3g and 4g signals fluctuate heavily. Lots and lots of problem with airtel. And also very costly for making calls. Can anyone guide me how to solve my data problem? No matter how much you complain that your phone shows full 4G signal, they'll always act smart by giving answers as your phone doesn't have 4G only option. Note that no phone in India has 4G only option yet. (even iphones sold through airtel network do not have this option..only highest network can be selected) please update the comments if you get any reply from airtel
