Airtel — making fool to retail investors | |||
This is not as big as it seems but from a perspective of retail investors it is a big issue. Let me brief it first, i started using postpaid service of airtel 6months ago with great expectation but this company proved me after few months. My 4h became 1g and charges become 4times. This was shocking experience i have received ever from any telecommunication company. I chose to go for 499 plan without exhausting my monthly limits i am paying amounts like 3k. Last month i talked to customer care, they apologize for wrong data charges and waived of approximately 2k. I cleared remaining balance. This month again i got 2k bill having plan of 499. This is absolutely rubbish and unexpected from big name like airtel. Kindly help me out to get rid of this problem without paying extra charged things. After clearing last months due amount, they say it has been added to this month hence charges are high for this month. Absolutely no sense. Do needful. Wanna raise this issue.
