[Resolved] Airtel — Mental harassment by deactivation of my number and name change | |||
I have applied for airtel postpaid in august month. i have filled up the application form and provided all document with name JITENDER VERMA. however, when my bill was generated i found airtel have registered my name as JITENDRA BBHAGIRATH VERMA. this is my corporate number and i am getting difficulty in reimbursement. on 12oct, i asked airtel to change my name, they ask me for fresh documents, i replied that its your mistake so do it by your own, i have already provided document. i have provided them the documents on 12oct and asked them not to deactive my number. still i found my number deactivated on 18th oct till 19th untill i requested them to reactivate. they deactivated my number without any prior calling to customer, instead of providing all documents. this is mental harassment. pls take suitable action against them.
