Airtel — Migration from postpaid to prepaid mob no [protected] | |
On evening of 3 Jul 2015 I went to Ambala City Airtel outlet and applied for the migration from postpaid to prepaid. I was told by office staff and airtel custumer care that within 48 hours process would be done. On the same day I got prepaid sim and also I cleared all postpaid dues. But even after 10 days no activation had been done after visitng every day to the same airtel office.
