[Resolved] Airtel — Migration from postpaid to prepaid no. [protected] | |||
Hi, I have requested for postpaid to prepaid migration for my no. [protected] but till now my prepaid sim is not yet active. I have submitted all necessary documents on 3rd September 2014 and I have been told to wait for 72 hours but still my prepaid sim is not yet active. It’s a very old no. so I am facing lot of issue as its inactive and moreover i called several times in airtel customer care and visited the store twice but still there is no solution to the issue.
