I applied for an migration from Prepaid to Postpaid for my airtel connection # [protected] on 6th Mar 15 at Vijayanagar Airtel office. All required documents were submitted & it was confirmed by the representative that this change would be completed by EOD. However, nothing happened on 6th Mar. Address verification was completed on 7th Mar & it was once again confirmed that the migration would be completed by 7th Mar 15 before 5PM. As nothing happend till 7PM, I called the *121 number & wanted to know the status. One of the representative after talking for 5 minutes, he said this will have to handled by Prepaid department & he transferred the call. The 2nd representative asked same questions again & after speaking for 5 minutes, he said this service request has to be handled by Postpaid department & he asked to me wait. I asked him my call was transferred from there & I need to know the status & I asked to transfer this to his manager. He said, this floor do not have any managers. The arrogance with which he spoke was like all o[censored]s getting FREE services & we have no authority to complain.
I reached out to Vijayanagar Brach office, where I applied for this migration. Same situation : No one has any clue about the delay & they do not have any curtsy to listen to our problem or apologise for the delay. The person after holding the call for 10 minutes replied stating "Server Down & hence the delay".
