Dear sir, We are writing you that we have submit a request for my postpaid no migration from postpaid to prepaid (Mobile no. [protected]) 3 month ago and also write to senior appleant officer for 10 times they assured us but they did not solve my issue. So till date my no is running in postpaid. I besically belongs to kanpur and the dealing person for my request in your airtel store is mr deepak [protected]. I am heartly request to please take suitable action on those who are take my request casually by which my request is pending till date. I disappointly approached you, that your Airtel store representative Mr. Deepak till time not update to us neither call to me for whatever is update nor received d call since last 7 days.
Please take necessary action against Deepak for not update to me and misguiding us

1. Clearly recognizable, latest passport size photograph (in case of J&K customer 4 photographs are required)
2. Photocopy of PAN card, else form 60 to be filled
3. Photocopy of your identity proof
4. Photocopy of your address proof.
An indicative list of acceptable documents as per Government guidelines are:
i. Voter identity card
ii. Driving license
iii. Ration card
iv. Aadhaar card
** e-Aadhaar card is accepted as a valid proof only if it is digitally signed and name of signee is mentioned.
Post submission of the documents, your number will be migrated to Prepaid within 96 hours. Once network is enabled call 59059 to complete verification to enable activation.
Kindly note, you will be required to clear the unbilled and due amount along with the pro-rata rental till the date of request. To know the current unbilled and due amount, dial *121#.
