Airtel — mis behavior of airtel operator at saket mandap, durga kund, varanasi | |||
I am writing to complain about the insulting behavior of the airtel company's customer center at Saket Mandap, Durga Kund, Varanasi, UP. The incident happened today (27/08/2020).The executives there, particular a specific person GAURAV does not know how to behave with customers. There were no executives to serve the customers. Only this ill-behaved executive GAURAV was present to serve the customers. I had to wait for a long time before I could get an opportunity to this ill-behaved executive. I went there as my SIM card stopped working after changing it into a new phone. When I told him the problem, and asked him to perform a check, he straightforward told that the SIM has stopped working. The SIM was registered on my father's name who is 75 yrs old. I told him that it will be difficult to bring him as we fear the epidemic due to his age. This rogue Gaurav said thats not my problem. He was behaving as if he is some king and we customers are some low level people. I do not know how Airtel employs such people. There is no shortage of well behaved people. I would advise airtel to hire some people who know how to behave with their customers.There is no dearth of well behaved skilled people in India. I have very bad after returning from there. I live in abroad, mobile company executives talk very politely with their customers. Customers are given lot of respect. And here it looks like customers are beggars. I will never again purchase another Airtel SIM due to this behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||
