[Resolved] Airtel — Mis-commitment | |||||
My name is Prashant Mahere, I am using a post paid connection [protected]. I have received a call from Mr. Indresh on 30th March regarding waiver for my outstanding amount (approx Rs. 9200/-). He said if i will pay 4500/- on the same day or 2, he will give me waiver of pending amount (4700/-). As per his commitment I paid Rs. 4500/- on 31st March to Mr. Saurabh Tiwari (Receiving attached). On 3rd March company aboard my services without confirming me. After discussed with Priyanka on 121, she told me that I am eligible for approx Rs.1800/- discount. Then why your agent (Indresh) mis-commuted me. I have also registered a Network problem before 2 or 3Months but still not getting network on my house (Vaishali, Ghaziabad). Note-: I haven't received confirmation call from Airtel regarding the waiver amount and natwork resolvation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
