My internet connection plan is of 40mbps which should give me a download and upload speed of atleast 5mbps according to knowledge provided to me by the AIRTEL call centre where I call the number being 121 from my landline number [protected]
The complaint was made yesterday and the complaint number is [protected].
The service engineer KRISHNA KUMAR PANDEY visited for the resolution of irregular AIRTEL internet speed issue but instead of solving the problem he was very argumentative and did not solve the issue. Also blantly said that this is the speed that vruon get and I can get the connection removed and OPT for other services providers. He left my home premises without the 4 digit happy code
Thats a really pathetic unethical and unprofessional behavior of a company employee.
A strict and swift action should be taken against such company employee and still my issue stands UNRESOLVED. Was this information helpful? |
