[Resolved] Airtel — misguided customers by sending incorrect sms about internet service | |||||
My internet 4g speed was not coming properly. I have taken a plan of 1199. I called airtel customer care and told them about this issue. They told me that multiple internet ids are active on my number that's why internet speed has been hampered and they assured me that it will be resolved in 6 hours. After some time i got an sms that internet problem has been resolved, but after 2 days again same problem i faced, i again called them and i got to know that multiple internet ids are active on my number. Its been a month now. Whenever i call them, they send an sms that problem is resolved. Today again when i called they said the same thing multiple internet ids are active. So they misguide the customer by sending sms without resolving the problem. They are liars and harassing the customers. What is the use of getting plans of 1199 or 1399 when they cant give proper services. When i ask them to deactivate my number they say we cant take that request as their system tools are not working.
