[Resolved] Airtel — Misguide the customer | |||
Recently I Got a message from Airtel a new plan 349. Unlimited local/STD and unlimited internet 28 GB for 28 Days. When i recharged through airtel out let the talk time offer is reflected data plan not reflected. When asked customer care this offer is NA for everyone only selected customer. Asked customer care to put this offer to me because i am using airtel and i got a message from airtel, I have shown the message also . she said we cannot give offer like that.Then they should mentioned when customer recharging for 349 plan is not for everyone.I have attached screen shot of that message . dont cheat the customer . please activate that plan my number is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
