Airtel — Misinformation & Coercion | |
I asked Airtel Social media team immediately after activating my roaming pack if it can be cancelled immediately with pro rata charges only if I stopped using it. The team informed me that I won’t be charged anything for the back but just for the one call I made on pro rata which would be around 150 Rs. a month later airtel sends me a bill of Rs. 5000 and says the plan couldn’t be cancelled. I did not even use the roaming pack and still was asked to pay 5000 rs. months later, one of the social media executive admitted that the amount was unfairly being charged and he was removed from my project, his manager took over who not only bluntly ignored it but also misbehaved with me. I have suffered huge losses because the number was connected to all my bank accounts. I just request airtel to stop coercive activities and give me my number back. Was this information helpful? | |
