[Resolved] Airtel — Misleading description on recharge voucher | |||
I have a mobile number with Airtel, Karnataka circle. I wanted to recharge my account. When I went to airtel's recharge interface, it showed the best offer for my number. The offer was recharge with Rs197. The benefits include unlimited local+STD calls and 1GB 3G/4G data for 28 days. I did the recharge by paying Rs197/ on line. After recharge, I got the message that unlimited call is only for 2 days. However, I got the data of 1GB for 28 days validity. I felt their way of description is unclear and misleading, just to trap the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
