[Resolved] Airtel — Misleading in the airtel store | |||
I am Saptaparni Mandal. My current contact no-[protected].I am registered for another prepaid no-[protected].On 13.02.2015, I went into the airtel store for changing my normal sim size into nano sim(sim phone no-[protected]). I was misguided and and informed that i have to convert from prepaid to post paid and paid an extra amount of Rs.300+ Rs.50. On 14/02/2015 I called up another airtel store in Kolkata and they informed me that there is no such mandatory rule. I have been misleaded and fooled and my number hasn't been activated yet even after i was told it would be activated within 5 hours.I called up the next day and I was told it would be done within 3 days. What sort of employees do airtel hire misleading their customers? I demand an immediate reply and my sim be converted into prepaid. Was this information helpful? | |||
