[Resolved] Airtel — Misleading Information on Airtel Website | |||
Good Evening Sir, This is in regard to the misleading information provided by your website because of which I lost Rs.102. I was looking for a 3G recharge on your site and through your site I came to know about the Rs.102 offer (balance: 300MB, Validity: 30 days). I recharged the amount to my number after which I came to know that my INTERNET balance is still being cut from my main balance. I called the customer Care and they told me that the offer had been closed from 1st March. When I gave him the link at which I came to know about the offer he was clueless. This instance has made me lose my trust in Airtel. I am attaching the screenshot of the site. Please look into the matter ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||

Just one day after the complaint I got a call from Airtel executive and my complaint has been resolved. Faith in Airtel restored.
