[Resolved] Airtel — Misleading sms being sent time to time | |||||
I am user of airtel mobile and user of its data services.I have some balance data left over at the end of each pack validity date which I get carried forwarded by recharging on time. Recently I got an SMS from airtel to get the data services activated automatically for which I opted. On the stipulated date my data pack got recharged but to my shock I lost more than 3gb of my left over data whereas nowhere it was mentioned that the balance data will be lost in such case.These type of SMS are totally misleading and create mental harassment and financial loss to the consumer. Worst customer service ever. When u ask fir a supervisor thry jst placed u on hold and never get back to u on it. No exact ibfo why the user balance is getting deducted thy jst shout on u i[censored] ask thm question. No network at few places in bangalore after raising multiple complaints with them
