Airtel — miss commitments and total fraud about mobile bill | |||
I have complaint about miscommintments and manupulation about bill charges often... I had last bill i remember was 1050 then my sim was deactivated by company then certainly my bill was 1800 and one of the airtel excutive contact me on watsap telling that i have to pay 1280 as settlement bill and then i do not have to pay any extra charges rather thaan 350 that is my bill plan... But after 4 or 5 days my bill was generated 1335 that including 790 bill of one month... I mean really... How its possible... So i request for port from airtel then one of airtel person called me and told me for wait for some other sir"s call and he will setteled down this matter but still i had not get any call and my both the complaint status is shown cosed in my airrtel app Was this information helpful? | |||
