But no solution
I am selvaraj V & I have been a customer of bharti airtel for the past 6 years
using the pare-paid no: [protected], I write to you with great grief and
dissatisfaction with the way your employees treat your customers,
privacy ∓ security, I have come to you only after a very long (
17~20-Oct-2014), disturbing & negative communication starting from level 1 to
level 3 (appellate.tn) officials. (Ref: SR 58517649 dated 17/10/2014)
Due to some unavoidable legal circumstance I had not used the no from
17-Sep-2014 to 08-Oct-2014 (20 Days). During this period your airtel office
situated at No. 67, 2nd, Ashok Nagar Main Road, Ashok Nagar, Chennai ¿ 600083,
Mobile No: [protected], Has allotted the above said number to Mr. Ponraj A as
Post-Paid Connection without any prior intimation to me and on a phony claims
from Mr.Ponraj A that he is one of my relation.
· The Legal circumstance I had been referring to are still in enquire
stage, which requires all Tele-communication documents like mail backups, chat
backups, social networks and telephonic conversation to be enquired to find out
the culprit.
· Mr. Ponraj A is one of those suspected in the legal proceedings.
· From 08-Oct-2014 to 17-Oct-2014 we were not able to access mail and
other chat server after requesting from concern authority the email password
was reseted back and we found out that all the above said tele-communication
documents were deleted and also Mail Password has been reset on 08-Oct-2014
this is due to the lethargic behavior of your Airtel Relationship center who
had provided Mr. Ponraj A the above said Mobile number on the basis o[censored]sage
and without verifying his claim to be my relation. Without checking any
previous documents or verifying with me.
· Currently the executives from Ashok Nagar Chennai customer relationship
center are compromising and requesting me to submit documents to provide me the
number again, which will not be helpful in any ways to retrieve back the lost
documents( evidences in the legal proceedings).
· This is bringing up a great hindrances in bringing justice to my
Deceased Daughter who was using the above said no for the past 6 years (since
her being minor I had provided my documents to procure the number 6 years
back).
What your Executives has done is purely unacceptable and such is a clear
obstruction of law & has a provided a way to interfere with evidence. I request
you to kindly take necessary legal action on the concern employee of your above
mentioned airtel relationship center and Mr. Ponraj A.
The details of the above has already been informed to your personals more than
100 times
Kindly do the needful immediately kindly do not mistake me if I file a petition
with TRAI and take legal actions from my end if there is any major delay from
your side on taking necessary action on this issue
